SuperProfs - Senior Counselor/Counselor - Sales (1-3 yrs)
- Any graduates with 0.6- 3 years of prior work experience (if applicable) or who has a flair for sales and customer support
- Good listening skills and should understand more than what has been said by the customer
- Excellent verbal communication skills especially in English & Hindi. Knowledge of a South Indian language will be an added advantage
- Should be target oriented and a go-getter
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to articulate the product / offerings with clarity to any customer
- This will be a Telesales cum Education Counseling role and you will be interacting with students or parents who are preparing for various competitive exams across India.
