Sunanda Group - Export Marketing Executive (1-2 yrs)
1. Develop new overseas customers
2. Generating new enquiries
3. Follow up with overseas customers to generate orders
4. Handling customer inquiries
5. Maintain files & documentation in order & in compliance with established internal procedures, eg. ISO, etc.
6. Sending quotations
7. Processing sales orders and dispatch of Material
8. Assist in Admin activities
9. Preparation of Power point presentations, MIS report in excel
10. Assisting in meeting arrangements
11. Office Maintenance
12. Assist Managing Director if required.
Job Specification :
1. Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
2. Experience: 1-2 Years relevant experience
3. Experience in Exports company (Merchant Exporter, Manufacture Exporter) in export marketing is a must
4. Experience in Email and Telephone communication with overseas potentials customers to generate leads and inquiries is a must
5. Good written and verbal communication skills
6. Good Knowledge of MS office especially MS Execl and PowerPoint.
