Role : Store Manager - Retail

Candidate must be from only Apparel/Garment Industry.

Job responsibilities :

Focus Area :

Responsible for all The Entire Store Operations, Sales, customer Service, customer generation, which includes -

- Distribution of sales targets individually & category as per the guidelines laid down by organisation,

- Weekly Visual merchandising of store as per the vm guidelines received from brand,

- Updating Weekly sales status V/S inventory for sales,

- Responsible for store inventory & Petty,

- Handling Inward & outwards for Store,

- Handling all Legal & administrative work for store,

- Dealing with category Heads for Product Feedback & replenishments,

- Staff Training for customer services, so as to guide customers for the latest and current trends,also training the staff for customers styling,

- Weekly sales review with Staff & to act on the slow performance and to resolve the issue for the better performance,

- Responsible for Store Staff Training For new Product Launch

- Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Key skills required:

Candidates must have excellent communication skills.

Must have exposure of handling Store Operations

Age should not be more than 32
