Job Designation: Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager

Location: Mumbai ( Bandar, Ghatkopar )

Reporting to: Business Head - Retail

Key Responsibilities :

1)The candidate will be responsible for managing the P&L and driving sales for the store through efficient store operations, customer service delivery.

2)Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and optimum utilization of resources and manpower.

3)Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

4)Planning and managing the store visual & merchandise displays; implementation of the sales development & promotional activities as per the plans.

5)Planning and forecasting Inventory requirements for the store and adherence to replenishment schedule.

6)Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and cultivate a long term customer relationship.

7)Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

8) Analyzing and interpreting market, industry and competitor trends to facilitate Marketing and sales planning.

9)Monitor all point of sales activities in the store including sales transactions, tracking payments, maintaining inventory updates, handling returns and refunds, gathering consumer data for feedback.

10)Maintain store hygiene and adherence to policies and SOPs.
