Senior Technical Support Specialist - International Voice Process - BPO/IT (1-6 yrs)
1. Experience in Inbound Process
2. Excellent sales knowledge of Operating systems like Microsoft & Apple Operating System
3. Handling Pop up Calls, troubleshooting technical issues related to computers
4. Managing call for USA & Canada
5. Good with sales conversion
Salary : 15K In Hand + Unlimited Performance Based Incentives upto 50,000
Office Timings : 9PM to 6AM (8hours shift + one hour break); Sundays fixed off
