Senior Marketing Manager - Real Estate (3-10 yrs)

We have a position with a foremost real estate company which is headquartered in Pune. Its Pune's largest developer and has completed 1.3 crore sq. ft. of landmark developments in Pune and Bengaluru. It is also present in Mumbai with some luxury projects.

They are looking for a candidate for their position of Senior Marketing Manager for their Mumbai Projects.

Responsibilities :

- Leverage information generated through CRM for targeted campaigning

- Review and monitor marketing material to be issued for marketing activities or to be used by sales team or to be used by corporate PR team

- Monitor all product category specific marketing and advertisement activities at organization and Project level

- Select media agencies capable of handling product categories viz. MIG, Luxury and super Luxury. Monitor and evaluate the media agencies

- Measure the marketing/ advertising/ campaign effectiveness

- Plan and execute campaigns for respective projects with the agencies.

- Tweak campaigns as per various media like ( print, outdoor)

- Set ROMI (Return On Marketing Investment) targets for individual campaigns. Monitor ROMI and make strategies to improve the same.

Key Skills :

- Good interpersonal and customer facing skills, able to empathize, maintain professionalism, display patience and politeness within a sometimes pressurized environment

- Good team working skills and ability to work with minimal supervision

- Proven desire to update product knowledge and skill set where required

- Good oral communication skills. Ability to communicate with both customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority and liaise.
