Position - Senior Manager Business Development (Engineering Design Services Sales Exp Only)
Location- Pune
Exp- 6 to 14 Years
- An individual with effective sales & marketing acumen, good analytical & negotiation skills along with an exposure to engineering services industry is must
- Experience in offering both product and manufacturing engineering design services
- Exposure to dealing with international clients especially European Manufacturing Line builders, OEMs, Tier 1's is necessary
- Must have good communication skills and experience in handling techno-commercial topics
- Connects with decision makers at Auto & Manufacturing line builders
- The individual should have willingness to travel
- Experience requirement - 15 years+ in engineering services sales
- Location - Pune
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Responsibility for achieving the revenue target.
- Responsibility for Manufacturing & Product engineering services sales approach /strategy and build a customer acquisition plan.
- Refine the offering and value preposition based on the market.
- Budget planning for the geography.
- Develop detail revenue forecast for a month on month basis.
- Work in close coordination with Global Head Business Development, Operations head & pre sales for day to day execution of the plan.
- Tracking of the sales progress
- This role will have a direct reporting to global Head Business Development.
