Senior Executive - Customer Service - International/Domestic BPO (0-4 yrs)

Position :

Sr. CSE (Senior Customer Service Executive)

Qualification : H.S.C + 6 months of any experience or more

Graduate with any experience

S.S.C with 1-3 years, above 20 years of age with diploma is accepted which would be considered as an H.S.C however the candidate should have minimum 6 months of any experience

We do not hire :

We do not hire people from cruise liners or aviation. Only ground staff will do.

We do not hire BSC-IT, B.E, B-Tech freshers

If candidate is a BSC-IT, B.E or B-Tech, we can still consider if he/she has 1 year of BPO experience

BPO experience :

- For NRE - SSC with 3 years BPO exp.

- For ISD - SSC with 1 year International BPO exp / HSC Freshers

- For EC/FR - SSC with 2 years International BPO expr.

Age Criteria :

Minimum 20 years to 40 years of age. If a candidate is below 20 or above 40 the operations would be face to face with the Ops panel

Transport boundaries : Western Line - Mira Road (Pin code 401107) to Churchgate

Central Line - Thane to CST

Harbour Line - Vashi (Sector 16) to CST

Centralized Pick Ups :

We give centralized pick up and drop between 7:00 am to 10:00 pm at Bandra Station, Malad Station, Mira Road Station, and Vashi Station.

Post 10:00 pm it will be a home pick up or drop.

VNA: Good communication skills required. Good Written and Spoke English

Parameters : Accuracy, Fluency, Range, Interaction, Pronunciation.

Shifts during Training :

7:00 am to 3:00 pm
3:00pm to 11:00 pm
11:00 pm to 7:00 am

Candidates are expected to be comfortable with any of these three shifts during the training phase which is approximately for 2 months.

They can't make a choice in any shift.

This is applicable to all processes.

Documents: For all Barclays Processes Nationality Proof is Mandatory. (Ration Card, Passport, Voters ID, Birth Certificate - Any 1)

Identity Proof - Pan Card, Voters ID, Driver's License, Passport.

Address Proof - If rented - rent agreement, if owned electricity bill or bank statement. (Other options also available, clarify for other options).

Educational Proof - S.S.C onwards till Highest Qualification - Marksheets & Passing Certificates (Xeroxes will do for all process except TB).

Work Experience Proof - Offer Letter and Relieving Letter/Confirmation Letter with last 3 months salary slips).

Batches start on: Every Tuesday / Wednesday & Thursday

EasyJet

EJ is a voice and email process.

Wherein advisors will be managing end to end journeys of passengers flying with EJ

Eg.Ticket purchase, cancellation, any flight delay related queries, baggage loss, etc.

He/she is expected to attend to customers and may also have to respond to emails.

Age Criteria - 20-35yrs

H.S.C with minimum 6 months of any experience and above

Grad freshers or experienced

Training time will be 24/7

On floor timings 07 am till 4:30am with day light saving

Transport boundary is till Mira Rd only

Salary max 18k in hand

Ops will be over Skype or F2F with an email writing test
