Scketch - Manager - Business Development (3-7 yrs)

Scketch is looking for enterprising Sales Managers to join us full-time in Bangalore and Delhi. The Sales Manager will support the Business Development team of Scketch, to produce high quality marketing assets and support the international growth ambitions of the firm.

What you will do :

1.Develop, execute and lead top-level business development strategies.

2.Define long-term strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

3.Work with the marketing team to create, launch and monitor marketing campaigns using best practices.

4.Work closely with all teams (content writers, designers, marketers, developers, etc.) to sell and deliver impeccable digital solutions.

5.Work to improve the organisation's market position and achieve financial growth.

Core Responsibilities :

1.Understand Scketch's digital offerings which includes UX UI Design & Development, Web & Mobile Development and Digital Marketing services.

2.Developing and implementing the Sales and GTM strategy.

Selling digital solutions across multiple verticals and domains.

3.Developing and promoting all sales and marketing collaterals of Brand Scketch. Handling the entire sales life cycle of opportunities, from need management to collection.

4.Connecting with clients in a genuine way in order to sell our solutions, manage expectations, obtain information, advance their objectives and deliver.

5.Building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple levels in Marketing of client organisations, and leverage the same for creating newer opportunities.

6.Understanding the defined needs and pitching for appropriate solutions and articulating value proposition to the client.

7.Reviewing the current digital assets with clients and identify areas for optimisation and present a value proposition to the clients.

8.Provision existing and potential customers with sales proposals, marketing literature and up to date solutions and services in a clear concise, comprehensive and timely manner.

9.Participate in pricing the solution/service, preparing RFP/RFQ as required. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

10.Provide detailed tracking and status information for all sales opportunities to the management on a periodic basis.

Additional Responsibilities :

11.Participate in industry events for effective networking and lead generation

12.Participate in project meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Additional Software Skills :

13.Working knowledge of any popular CRM & Marketing Automation Software

14.Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

15.Google Analytics a plus but not necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

Education : Bachelor's degree

Experience: Minimum 3 - 7 years of relevant work experience.

Serious Candidates Should Possess

1.Experience in high value solution sales in Digital environment

2.Good networking and relationship management skills

3.Strong problem solving and creative skills, with a clearly defined design point of view Ability to multi-task and take direction in a team environment

4.Strong written and verbal communication skills

5.Detail and deadline oriented critical

6.Must be flexible and adapt/react to change

7.Must be organised and able to prioritise.
