Sales Executive - Fuels & Lubricants (0-2 yrs)

To promote company products (Fuels and Lubricants) to prospective individual and business customers.

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:

Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating fuels and Lubricants requirement in their business.

Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;

Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;

Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;

Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;

Gathering market and customer information;

Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;

Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders;

Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;

Provide Feedback on future buying trends back to the company;

Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.

Minimum Education Requirements: Any Graduate

Languages: English, Kannada and Hindi

Any other skill set:

Candidates must have 2 wheeler with valid DL

Candidates must Have knowledge of Bangalore localities and directions

Candidates having experience in selling lubricants preferred.

OR Fresh Graduates with good communication skills interested in sales
