Sales Associate - NBFC (0-2 yrs)
We are Hiring Sales Associate in Home Credit India Finance Pvt Ltd For Delhi Ncr.
Salary : CTC- 10274/- + 3000/- (Fixed bouns) + Incentives+ No Field Work.
Eligibility : 12th pass Candidate Required minimum 6 months experience.
Note : Fresher candidate also Apply If Candidate Graduate or Post Graduate.
Job Responsibilities :
- Represent the Home Credit brand at assigned Point of sale and develop the relationship with Dealer
- Inform about the finance options to the walk-in customers
- Collect & submit information / documents as per the loan process.
- Checking eligibility of the interested customers.
- Follow-up with the interested customers to complete the process.
- Distribution of marketing material in the vicinity to increase footfall in the store.
- Handling customer query and complaint
- Ensuring right selection and assessment of customers.
- Maintaining customer risk/ delinquency at the levels as per company's benchmark.
