Key Responsibility Areas :

- The role of Customer Relationship Manager is to use their skills and experience to ensure that the organization delivers the highest standards of service to customers. Depending on the size of the business, the executive may deal directly with customers inquiries and complaints, orders etc.

- The aim is to maximize productivity and minimize costs while maintaining a high standard of customer services.

Duties & Responsibilities Key Activities (Priority Basis)

- Receiving orders via phone, e-mail and entering the orders in the system.

- Coordinating shipments with carriers and arranging loading / unloading scheduling & requirements.

- Communicating with customers on shipment schedule, pricing, vehicle availability, documentation & loading requirements.

- Maintaining customer records by updating account information & filing the records with accordance & procedures .

- Forecast, gather, input & coordinate inventory activity data to accurately reflect product movement & ensures product availability for future orders / shipments.

- Enter customer orders into system for future requirements.

- Compile invoice information on monthly basis for summary billing to retain customers.

- Track & trace rail-car movements to ensure availability, estimate loading dates & transit timings for future orders.

- Maintain & update system database regarding customers, products, suppliers & pricing.

- Working as a Customer Relationship Manager is a very diverse role & involves liaising directly with clients.

- Receiving customer orders and ensuring they are accurate & passed to appropriate department for further processing.

- Assisting sales team with quotations & client for product knowledge.

Educational Degree Requirements

- B.Com / MBA- Commerce, Any Graduate - Any Specialization

Skill Sets required

- Good hold on converting prospect into sales

- Excellent communication skills

- Customer Relationship

- Ownership and Team spirit

- Must be good in Interpersonal Relationship Management
