Rocketchefs is a food tech startup seed funded by ex Industry Veterans in F& B and Hospitality Industries Rocketchefs deals in Pizzas and Ice Creams at the moment. With application of food science, Rocketchef has developed unique Food Cooking equipments to cook their pizzas with a vision that anybody can cook and sell their food. Rocketchefs is an asset light business model which develops its franchisees in different hotels, guest houses, clubs, delivery stores and other commercial kitchen spaces. The underlying magic of the business model is to use existing kitchen space to scale the operations geographically.

Overview of the Position

Rocketchefs is seeking to hire an Franchisee Relationship Manager to join their gurgaon team to focus on property acquisitions in Gurgaon. The opportunity exists for this individual to get great exposure into the Hospitality and F&B Industry and build a long term career with a dynamic, growing Food tech startup. Applicants for this position will be self- motivated individuals with a high degree of initiative and professionalism. The candidate selected for this position will possess strong interpersonal skills, be attentive to detail, and possess critical thinking and analytical skills.

Candidate has to play two major responsibilities under the job role

1. New Property Acquisition

2. Reorder of Food Item from the existing Property

Responsibilities include

- Visit and induct franchisee from different guest house and hotel

- Ensure highest standards of Service and Client Satisfaction;

- Act as the first level of escalation for any customer issues on the food, and resolve the same in an effective and timely manner

- Work closely with property managers to train them in rendering great cooking and service of our food

- Work closely with the operations team to coordinate food supplies and inventory

- Hire and Train the New Staff in Rocketchefs Food Service

- Proactively identify issues, highlight and resolve them systematically

- Work with Operations Head or On Boarding Team towards continual development of the Property and Undertake specific projects towards this goal.

- Manage inventory of consumables and Food Supplies

- Ensure compliance to Rocketchefs standards of Kitchen infrastructure

- Maintain property level sales summary

- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned franchisee accounts.

- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet franchisee performance objectives and partners- expectations.

- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned franchisee accounts.

- Sells through franchisee organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.

- Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.

- Leads solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and franchisee personnel.

- Drives adoption of company programs among assigned franchisee.

Requirements

- Good Communication Skills plus Conversant in Local Language of Area under operation.

- 2-4 years of experience, ideally in Management or Operations.

- Demonstrated ability to create, develop and enhance customer relationship.

- Demonstrated ability to enforce processes and systems in a large operating environment

- Excellent learning skills, attention to details, and a bias to proactively resolving issues and results-driven.

- Team player

- Takes ownership of his work

- Ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders including senior management and property owners

- Ability to work in fast paced environment and maintain superior service standard.

- Proficiency in using email, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
