Job Description

We are looking for people who are passionate about sales and are self-driven 1-3 years of experience in In house Sales. This role has the potential to scale up to a higher degree of responsibility and as such we are looking for someone with a high level of accountability and ownership. We are looking for someone with a sense of urgency and a positive winning attitude.

Primary Responsibility

- Generate qualified opportunities through phone calls, emails, internet research

- Manage minimum call quota per day to prospects Clients in India

- Execute cold calls and email campaigns to generate new sales prospects

- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities on a weekly basis

- Meet or exceed quarterly business development objectives

- Work cross functionally with marketing & engineering teams to drive incremental revenue

- Maintain up to date knowledge about competitive positioning in the market place

- Effectively managed the assigned territory to maximize business potential

Competencies Required

- Sales experience in the Technology oriented field - Knowledge awareness about Automotive Industry and/ or roadside assistance sales experience is strong plus

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with good telephone ettiquets

- Experience/ Knowledge of working in regional sales model in India

- Experience in managing Customer Relationships in B2B & B2C environments

Desired Skills

- Any Graduate/ Undergraduate with good selling skills

- Strong Analytic & probing skills; attention to detail; good listener; good organizational skills

- Excellent ability in analyzing opportunity for cross sell & up sell.

Salary: INR 2,25,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
