Job Description :

Sales:

- Identifying customers by checking viability and provide loan scheme

- Explaining scheme and EMI schedule to customers

- Ensuring zero defaults in the booked cases

- Providing insurance policies i.e. Credit Shield and vehicle insurance

- Remind the customers of the renewal of insurance and provide Insurance Loans

- Meeting sales target as prescribed by the Management

- Handling the customer queries

- Issuing sanction letter and complete PDD

- Advertising the company and promoting products by organising Loan Melas

- Creating and Co-ordinating with Dealers and DSAs to increase volume of sales

Collections:-

- Collection of all the buckets i.e. 0 - Buckets

- Achieve monthly collection targets TBC wise and Sum Demand wise

- Calling customers for regular EMIs for all the buckets

- Visiting customers, guarantor and references

- Tracing defaults and notify potential defaulters to the BM/BCM

- Collect PDC/NACH from time to time

- Recover default asset by discussing with BM/BCM

- Provide sublease data to BCM

Qualification : Any Graduate

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM)
