Regional Sales Manager - Flavors & Fragrance - West (9-15 yrs)
We are hiring for company in Flavors & Fragrance Industry for the role of RSM West for Mumbai location.
Key Accountabilities:
- Technical know how of application of ingredients in fragrance and flavor industry
- Prepare Sales plan for the region and facilitate it's execution
- Ensure that the budgeted sales targets are met
- Develop business with new customers and develop the market for new products
- Manage Key accounts in the region in line with National/ Global strategy
- Coordinate with Sales operations for timely execution of all orders
- Ensure regular availability of material through accurate forecasts
- Manage, train and motivate agents/ distributors
- Gather market and competitive information on relevant aroma chemicals and companies
- Propose distribution strategy for the region to improve market share and service levels
- Ensure that the receivables and Tax forms are collected on time
