Job Description:

- Responsible for writing unique material for websites, social media, online articles

- The ability to elicit a brief from client meetings

- Translate a creative brief into a content asset

- Assist marketing teams in development of engaging content that can be used in marketing or advertising campaigns

- Research ideas and facts pertinent to the type of content/topic assigned

- Proofread content for errors or additions and ensure that content is written per instructions

- Ensure that content contains sufficient keywords for search engine optimization

- Should demonstrate the ability to work with cross-skilled teams - account management, art, front-end programmers and sales.

Preferred:

- Should be proficient with PowerPoint and Word (including tracking changes, use of thesaurus and word count).

- Portfolio should include various types of content - web page content, article, blog, white paper, infographic, video script.

- Should understand the basics of SEO - tags, descriptors, key word density, back-links.

- Should have worked on at least one Social Media campaign for either a B2B or B2C client.

Education Qualifications :

BA - English Honors / Mass Com
