Job role : Process Associate
Location : Bellandur, Bangalore
Process : US healthcare process - semi voice
Shift : Rotational shifts.5 days work. Fixed Saturday and Sunday week offs
Process :
- US campaign Health Care. Supporting the customers in regards to medical claims, Identify the reason for denial and process the claim.Relevant and appropriate training provided as necessary.
Qualifications :
- Good reasoning and analytical skills
- Able to communicate fluently in the language required for transaction
- Active listening skills
- Passion to learn
- Ability to comprehend the customer requirement well
