JOB PROFILE:
1. New business development from army background.
2. Build and deepen relationships with the army cantonments/units and develop a long term partnership.
3. To design and drive marketing activities to generate leads from the activities and presentations conducted in the army cantonments and units.
4. To pitch the financial investment plans (designed as per the requisites) to the defense people.
5. To do successful conversion of leads from activities into the sales.
6. To ensure the productivity levels to met on monthly basis.
LOOKING FOR :
1. Candidate with the good comm skills, presentable & having sales exposure.
2. Educational background (in family, friends, relatives) preferable
3. Convincing & presentation skills.
4. Insurance knowledge compulsory.
