Portea Medical - Health Manager (1-4 yrs)

- Must be a Graduate in BDS, BAMS, BHMS, MBBS.

- Should possess excellent communication skills complemented by knowledge of medical conditions and terminologies.

- Sales skills desired

- Ability to put patients at ease; Must be passionate about connecting with patients, willing to put in extra effort whenever required;

- Result oriented and is driven to achieve defined targets

- Willingness to travel within the city

- Knowledge of regional languages would be an added advantage.

- Listening skill is an important requirement

- Should be a good team player

- Be the face of Portea while interacting with the patients/customers

- Connecting with inactive patients on a regular basis - on call and by personal visits

- Reactivate inactive patient base

- Attend to inactive patients and coordinate with the back end teams to provide timely and prompt services

- Build, improve and retain a good relationship between patient and Portea.

- Ensure that the reactivated patients get the most effective care. They plan and coordinate services in Portea, overseeing specific departments and products.

- Involves working with patients to help them identify needs for their medical condition and educate them on how a Health Manager can be of assistance.

- Enrolling patients on packages or offers that would be beneficial to them and their families.

- Identify possible sales opportunities and add relevant business to Portea.

- Set-up home visits. Visit and talk to the patient, spend time with the patient and their family explaining our different product offerings and services.

- Handling queries and operational details; Explaining policies and procedures. (Pricing, security deposits for rental equipment's etc.); Resolving conflicts. (Cancellation and Refunds etc.) And responding to complaints.
