Partner Marketing Executive - Education (3-4 yrs)

ROLE SUMMARY

As a Partner Marketing Executive, you will provide key support to team members and brands on a day-to-day basis to ensure the effective operation of multiple affiliate & media buying campaigns, covering a variety of our partner schools and universities. A successful candidate will possess a strong - can do- attitude and an appetite to learn, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic office environment.

The Partner Marketing Executive will report in to the Brand Team Leader.

KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Daily brand account checks to monitor performance and KPIs

- Regular competitor reports to ensure we are aware of all competitor activity within the education space

- Weekly reporting

- Handle communications both internally and externally

- Manage affiliate/partner recruitment and regular audits to ensure an optimised affiliate programme

- Monitor and review promotional activity, reporting findings/recommendation when required

- Respond to incoming calls and emails and relay messages from brands and affiliates

- Provide support for ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks and be able to prioritise these effectively

- Identify new opportunities in the affiliate and media buying industry in line with strategy and budget

- Conduct A/B tests on copy and landing pages

- Maintain best practice at all times

- Use a range of analytical tools to identify areas of success/that need improvement

- Work alongside other marketing teams to harmonise strategies

- keep up to date with current digital trends

- Set up, maintain and optimise feeds and commission structures

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Essential Desirable :

Qualifications/Education Educated to degree level, or equivalent experience.

- A general Marketing qualification.

Knowledge/Skills - Excellent communication, numerical and analytical skills.

- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel

- Attention to detail and accuracy;

- Ability to work independently and flexibly;

- Capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects;

- Ability to work as part of a team;

- Organisational skills with the ability to deliver a high volume of quality work;

- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas;

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;

- Networking and analytical skills;

- Exude a friendly and professional manner with confidence working with people at all levels, and when communicating directly with clients

- Be highly selfmotivated with ability to quickly acquire new

skills

- Demonstrate strong team ethics to meet and exceed set deadlines and requirements

- Strive to continually improve productivity and quality of work produced

- Ability to meet attendance standards

- Aptitude to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees, along with working with external suppliers

- Positive, can-do attitude..

Experience - Previous experience in marketing/digital campaign management role is desirable

- Demonstrate a sound understanding of affiliate marketing/media buying
