Naturenama - Executive - Merchant Onboarding/Seller Acquisition - Hospitality (0-5 yrs)
We're looking for a manager to onboard merchants on the platform, nurture existing partnerships. As a part of the core team at Naturenama, you will be expected to take ownership of your responsibilities and work above and beyond them if needed.
Responsibilities :
- Chart out an onboarding strategy for respective categories
- Oversee merchant acquisition, onboarding through various channels
- Build pipeline of potential offline merchants & convert them to marketplace seller
- Maintain productive relationships with existing merchants
- Develop unique products for expansion of different categories
Skills :
- Strong and proven networking skills
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to communicate
- Confident, self-motivated and have a positive attitude
- Comprehending analytics and strategising accordingly
Prior Experience (preferred, not compulsory) :
- Understanding of and experience in merchant onboarding
- Knowledge on accounts of affiliates & alliances
- Handling business tie-ups
- Working in a startup environment
- Working in the travel industry
