Market Researcher - IT (1-4 yrs)

Responsibilities
Responsible for Market Research using Telephonic Interviewing, CATI, Primary Data Collection Methods.
Handle Partners involved in Research Projects.
Charting and Reporting of data with 100% quality.
Ability to create Case Studies and Presentation
Ensuring effective recruitment & interviewing process. Manage complete Research project lifecycle for multi-level projects ranging from consumer to B2B
The drive to meet and exceed daily targets and deadlines and enjoys working under pressure.
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
University degree with few years experience in market research using CATI (preferably with a MR firm)
Exposure to the various market research functional processes and the various standard tools and technologies
Excellent communication skills in English, interviewing & analytical skills.
Understanding and experience with Excel, Office
Ability to work under pressure
