We have an urgent requirement for Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager - Client Servicing with a Leading Event Management company based out of Gurgaon. Its 5 Days working.

Job Description -

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables :

- Conceptualizing and executing strategies and plans to achieve organizational targets in order to ensure profitability.

- Should be a proactive professional with diverse experience entailing client Services and operating the event.

- Ensure maximum client satisfaction by understanding the client's requirements & client commitments.

- Should work well on client billings, Pre & post event processes( advances, estimates & approvals)

- Should have the creativity to think out of the box and should be an active member of the brain storming sessions.

- Should be able to interact very well with the production team & the creative team.

- Should review & maintain the desired checklist

- Should be able to review production time in order to ensure client requirements are met & onsite quality check to be conducted with Op's team.

- Should have inter-personal maturity and organizational skills.

Desired Competencies :

- Need to present well thought out & logical opinions in team discussions.

- Emails, written summaries are error free & should use logic - driven approach to organizing communications.

- Can make entire presentation based on subject meeting with minimal help from seniors

- Should be a team player.

- Should have a helpful attitude& should be able to maintain good relationship with fellow colleagues.

- Should adhere to policies & processes listed in employee manual.
