Manager - Sales - Real Estate (2-7 yrs)

A renowned name in the Realty & Real-estate Sector in Gujarat is looking for highly motivated, smart, result & achievement oriented Sales Managers to be based at Mehsana-Gujarat.

Conceptualizing and devising strategies for execution of events, promotions, advertising campaigns & other marketing campaigns to enhance the brand value. Exposure to handle mass media functions from real estate/Construction background only. Should have excellent communication skills with pleasing personality.

Key Result Areas

1. Make Channel Partner in and around Mehsana

2. Selling of - Status Residential Units ranging from 30 to 40 Lakhs

Target - 3 to 4 Unit Per Month

Incentive - will be discussed during the interview/joining time

Local Conveyance & travel is reimbursed

Laptop & Phone (Sim) provided by the Company

Who we're looking for:

A highly motivated team player that is passionate about communication and loves the idea of playing a key part in creating something new, someone with bags of enthusiasm and confidence and the drive to make it happen.

- Must have an impressive track record in driving sales and launching products from start to finish.

Someone who has lots of experience in launching product or services into markets. Our client have very aggressive sales targets so they need someone who'll be able to really drive sales. The person need to know the sales process inside out and be able to identify ways to improve it for this particular market place; and should be able to analyze market trends and behavior to uncover new business and sales opportunities.

- Must have an impressive track record in building and managing brands.

Someone who is motivated by the idea of building a new type of Marketing & Communications brand. Working with the right external agencies, someone who can add that spark and help develop that brand and high value proposition.

- Must enjoy leading and motivating large teams

Have great sales and marketing teams working for you with lots of expertise. The person must be able to lead and direct the brand and marketing team.

- A commercial flair

This is a highly commercial role so the person need to understand and be comfortable with the impact your decisions will make on the bottom line.

- Entrepreneurial talent

Relish the opportunity of being closely involved in the business planning with the rest of the team. A natural entrepreneur who is always thinking about business opportunities. Whilst mobile experience is highly desirable; they are more interested in the right type of person.

- 'Make it happen' mentality

You'll be the type who can make things happen without the huge resources. Whilst this is a senior management position, everyone mucks in where it's appropriate. They are more interested in performance and commitment than hierarchy and strict working guidelines. As a result there is a great collective team spirit.

Education: Master's in Sales & Marketing / MBA (desired) - Any other qualification in Real Estate will be an added advantage.

Experience: between 2- 7 Years - Real Estate/Realty background is highly preferred - candidates from Insurance & Banking Sector (in Sales) may also apply.

Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English, Hindi & Gujarati - any other additional language known would be an added benefit.

Compensation offered: upto Rs 4,50,000/- Per Annum + Incentives
