Manager - Sales - Housing Finance (2-8 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Develop and generate business for assigned area
2. Train & guide team on selling techniques, business processes and credit parameters
3. Monitor & track team performance
4. Conduct field visits for customer meetings, field investigations / other checks, relationship development and market mapping
5. Follow up & ensure credit approval from the concerned authority for files submitted
6. Collections / Recovery of assigned portfolio
7. Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre / post disbursement
8. Complete control of NPA and overdue cases and their overall reduction to set targets
9. Abreast with the competitor's practices and market activities / preferences and recommend future strategies
10. Conducting various marketing initiatives in assigned area
11. Customer service - Attending to customer enquiries / grievances on a timely basis
