Manager/Head - Sales & Operations - Retail Store (3-8 yrs)
We are seeking for Store Operations Head (Retail) who is responsible for overall operation of the branch including maximizing sales, developing staff, controlling expenses and shortages and all aspects of merchandising, inventory control and cash management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting, hiring, leading and coaching sales team to ensure growth and profitability
- Monitoring leads and branch goal attainment to drive sales results
- Monitoring all aspects of branch inventory and cash management
- Handling member complaints through to resolution

Presentation: As the industry is into customer service, we are looking for incumbent with pleasing personality & a smile on face.
Communication: Good verbal & written communication both in "English & Hindi" is a Must.
Age Factor: Young blood with enthusiasm in nerves are welcome up-to 29 Years
Experience: Minimum 5 Years of experience in Leadership Role is mandatory to be eligible.
Industry: Managers from Apparels / Accessories / Sport-Wear Industry are applicable.
