Manager - Business Development - Retail (0-3 yrs)

Will be responsible for driving sales and achieving the sales target for the assigned territory.

Target Achievement : Drive sales and achieve targets through Cold Calls, leads, mailer campaigns Support the operations in smooth transition of the accounts, accompanying on operational related client calls, if required etc.

Relationship Management : Each client is the key customer of the BDM. He/she has to forge an open and trusting relationship. Engage the client and the account management team to in regular discussions on our product offerings and understand their issues/ concerns if any Ensure that all service requirements are met and customers are satisfied.

Lead Generation : Spearhead all lead generation initiatives data mining, referrals etc.

Quantitative : Achieving monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual sales target; ensure healthy pipeline with closure status.
