Job Title : Manager Business Development.

Scope : Responsible for bringing in new business and client management In IT Staffing a projects Vertical. Staffing delivery experience in IT vertical will add value.

Reporting to : Director

Location :- Bangalore/Hyderabad

Experience : 2+yrs

Job Purpose :

To achieve targets by :

- Exploring possibilities of new client & promoting our services

- Negotiating and agreeing on commercial terms & conditions

- Effective handing over of client requirements to client relation & delivery team

- Compliance with company policies & reporting processes.

Main Accountabilities :

- Acquiring/Develop new business/client

- Liaison with client to handle queries & to promote other service offerings.

- Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential and existing clients

- Responsible for oversight of all Client Management processes including planning, selling, delivery and management.

- Effective handing over of client requirement to delivery team

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to match the standards
