Job Role: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Pune

Experience: 4 to 8 Years.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Excellent communication skills and convincing power.

2. Should be able to conclude the sales process from beginning to end.

3. Should be able to Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy.

4. Development and implementation of brand strategy.

5. Development of proposals with pricing, balanced objectives and customer satisfaction.

6. Evaluate the financial aspects of software/ application development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return- on- investment and profit- loss projections.

7. Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.

8. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings, Planning and preparing presentation.

9. Actively participate in client service delivery reviews to upsell/cross sell.

10. Achieve and maintain high client CSAT at all times.

11. Strong understanding of Dimension Dates solutions and services and their market positioning and competitive advantage.
