Launchpad Academy - Manager - Inside Sales (0-8 yrs)
- Launchpad Academy is a Design Education company with a mission to revolutionize design education in the country. We offer courses via online, classroom and workshop format. We are looking for smart, motivated individuals to join our fast growing sales /academic counseling team.
JOB PROFILE :
- Understand requirement of a potential student/client and suggest suitable products and solutions form our product portfolio.
- Make daily sales pitches and demos to interested clients via telephone/skype etc.
- Follow up and close sales to meet company revenue objectives
- Offer post sales support
Key Skills :
- Very Good communication skill in English and 1 or 2 other Indian languages
- Ability to empathize with student/client to understand their requirement
- Strong persuasion skills
- Familiar with email platforms like Gmail and outlook. Very good at writing emails and email followups
