Job Description:

STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE:

The Strategic Account Manager establishes and expands relationships with large Ecom customers in the South Region. He/ She is responsible for achieving Quarterly Revenue Targets and identified Strategic Account Objectives. Establish and nurture strong Channel Partners in the Region.He / She should sell the entire range of company products and services to identified customers. The Strategic Account Manager will report to Head Large & Strategic Accounts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and build a strong funnel / pipeline of Large Ecom Clients across all industries in the South Region of the country.

Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in industry in order to create a strong funnel / pipeline.

Effectively manage the sales pipeline and meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and achieve the Quarterly Sales Targets.

Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

Build a strong channel partner network across various industries viz., Education, Retail, Utility etc.

Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Passionate individual with high integrity levels with a customer first approach.

Ability to present at a CXO level.

Possess excellent negotiation skills.

Thorough knowledge of the Payment Processing business or related business and the key stake holders in the Ecosystem.

Proven track record of acquiring strategic & large clients.

Thorough knowledge of the sales cycle and sales process.

Excellent network of Channel Partners, Banks, ERPs etc., who will facilitate lead generation

Strong analytical skills & business acumen.

Having experience in Internet/E-commerce & IT industry will be preferred.
