Job description :

We are looking for passionate and driven Sales Professionals to be a part of our Sales Department based at our Head Office in One Horizon Centre, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon. You will be responsible to achieve your sales targets through a range of sales focused activity, including outbound B2B telesales.

Note : Candidates only from Banks, Insurance, Capital Markets, Broking firms required.

You will be consultative in your nature, and be confident in discussing the features and benefits of our investment advisory services. Whilst we do not expect a technical background, as one of the key purposes of the role is to generate high quality business consultations, you will need to be tenacious and focused on building valuable ongoing relationships with our prospects.

To join our highly effective Sales Department, you must have proven credibility in a sales and target driven environment, and have the ability to apply your sales experience to the role.

The ultimate goal in this role is to foster business growth manifold by expanding our clientele.

Responsibilities :

Managing the business on daily basis by calling and visiting potential clients across Delhi/NCR and converting the meeting into a deal. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers for new business.

Presenting companies products to the clients and creating a necessity and requirement.

Presenting a holistic approach to the clients to avail our services.

Analyze the clients existing financial portfolio and identify the client's needs and explore business opportunities.

Record the customer's personal information accurately in CRM and keep the records for future tracking

Build excellent relationship with all concerned personnel and fulfill all service related matters.

Be self-motivated and maintain consistent high levels of energy and focus.

Emphasizing on constantly improving the Unique Selling Propositions of the company's products, Planning Monthly Marketing and sales activities and adhere the same.

Go the "extra mile" to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.

Required & Preferred Qualifications :

2-5 years of proven experience as sales professional or similar sales/customer service role.

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with clear proficiency in English and Hindi.

Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.

Persistent and results-oriented with patience and ability able to handle customer rejection.
