Job Description :

Overall lead of sales including sales set-up, people management, revenue plans and P&L management.

Effective participation in overall business set-up as a key business unit leader.

Conceptualize the business plan and develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan.

Introduce market specific business models for streamlining and ensuring 100% quality service delivery within the timeline

Create sound brand image and build a strong direct customer base.

Provide insights & oversights to through market intelligence, monitoring & analyzing market trends, developing metrics and periodically monitoring the performance.

Understanding of various quality management systems applicable to healthcare.

Ability to liaise with various stakeholders and BU for effective delivery of services.

Excellent strategic ability and analytical skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong operational excellence Strong commercial inclination to manage tie-ups, vendors.
