Content Marketing Manager

Finpin is looking for a talented Content marketing manager to take full responsibility of our marketing content including social media, blogs, webinars and videos.

The ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, preferably with a writing background. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers. For this position, it's also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends. Ultimately, you should be able to expand our company's digital footprint and brand awareness.

The candidate will directly manage the Finpin content and work with various departments/freelance writers. Work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Engineering, etc with a strong emphasis on the engagement journey of new customer acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Management of Finpin's cohesive Content Marketing Strategy nationally

- Align the content plan with the finpin's marketing objectives

- Engage the young and tech savvy community by providing new content channels and staying updated with content marketing trends

- Manage Finpin's blog, social media content, and all external content including videos

- Develop editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met

- Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics

- Create 2-3 free resources each week to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, video guides, etc.)

- Collaborate with external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience

- Drive the engagement effect for new acquisition and help drive the customer journey

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, journalism, communications or related field.

- 3+ years- of relevant experience

- Experience with Social Media marketing (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Blogs, & Instagram)

- Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team and multi-task

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Understanding of Customer Acquisition and Customer Retention.

- Ability to work in a subscription based D2C marketing model.

- Help drive content within the world of FinTech
