Job Description:

Handle inquiries via phone, email or voicemail

Communicate effectively and answer calls in a friendly and courteous manner

Handle enquiries and resolve them within the given SLA

Have a basic understanding of finance and how the F&A process works

Focus on handling calls and email inquiries from our customers

Provide suggestions on process improvement, if any, on a regular basis

Go through cross training internally in the team on at least one different process

Pay close attention to detail

Ability to multi task

Have to be flexible in order to meet the requirements of taking different types of calls with multiple process knowledge.

Have proficient communication skills both oral and written

Be able to display teaming and co-ordination skills. Resolve issues or demonstrate change

Understand the nuisances of whats expected in the SLA and ensure they are met by self and the team.

Understand the business better and have proficient communication skills both oral and written

Help colleagues and ensure completion of work

Understand markets and share important client issues with senior management

Be more assertive in the daily job function. Take the lead in completing assigned tasks

Understand the functionality of various tools used for processing teams such as GFIS, GSS Tools, etc.

Provide suggestions/ideas on process improvement, on a regular basis and also showcase the ability to implement the same.

Go through cross training internally in the team on different process

Location in Bangalore: Whitefield

Experience- 0-4 Years (Preferably in any kind of Voice support)

Education-Any Graduate/Post Graduate
