Executive - Telesales - Credit Card (1-4 yrs)
Key Result Areas (KRAs) :
Receiving inbound calls, handling customer emails and making outbound calls to customers as per requirement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
Strong analytical and problem solving, convincing skills
Ability to multitask, Good Aptitude, Sales background a must
Ensuring proper documentation and timely follow up with internal teams and customers for issue resolution.
Any other work assigned from time to time
Willingness to work in any/rotational shifts
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
1+ years of relevant sales and customer care experience
E-commerce, High end credit card tele-sales
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : Minimum Graduation Required
