Urgent requirement for Sales Executive (only Male) for our client financial advisory firm for Bangalore.

Job Location: Bangalore
Experience : 0-2Yrs
Shift timing : 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Position : Sales Executive - Mortgages
Take Home Salary-10,000 to 18,000 /- Month + Travel and Phone reimbursement
Education: Graduate/Under Graduate in any discipline only for Male candidate.
Min. Requirement:
Language skills: Hindi and English. Kannada will be a plus point but not a negative.
Interpersonal skills: Has to be good. He will have to interact with clients.
Transport: He must have a two wheeler.
Employee Responsibilities :
a. Transaction Management is the primary deliverable. We will start with Retail Lending. We will focus on Home Loan, Loan against property & Personal Loans.
b. Pre-qualified leads will have to be managed. Client meeting, finalizing the product, initiating the transaction and follow up with financial institutions.
c. Business Development will also be part of responsibilities. This will include open market sourcing.
d. There will be confidential client documents involved. There should be no questions on our integrity. Job has to be carried out with utmost sincerity and integrity.
