Executive - Marketing - FMCG (1-3 yrs)

Role Summary :

The Marketing Executive is responsible for Marketing planning and implementing for assigned region/state. This includes managing various product lines and their marketing knowledge and inputs for the region. He should provide marketing assistance for Sales and Distribution. The Marketing Executive's job also includes ensuring the marketing efforts for the region/state support the company's overall strategy and goals.

Qualification :

- Must be a Master's in Business Administration in Marketing/ PGDM Experience

- At least 1-3 years experience in FMCG Sales & Marketing

- Good knowledge of FMCG Sales & Marketing Strategies.

Desired skills : Functional

- Responsible for Marketing Planning for the region

- Budget Planning for the State

- ROI and ROMI for the State

- Planning and executing Launch Activities

- Responsible for the Sales Promotion plan for the State

- Working on the Brand Strategy for the State

Behavioural :

- Leading Sales Team, Communication & Listening, Execution Focus, Negotiation, Team Work and Collaboration, Decision Making, - Planning and Organizing, Flexibility and Adaptability, Mentoring and Coaching

Roles & responsibilities

- Developing a skill of Identifying New Product Opportunities

- Identifying NPD improvements

- Involved and responsible for Yearly Sales plan (all Product lines)

- Coordination with the Managers and planning Budgets product line wise

- Taking up the Launch plan with the team support and coordination

- Initiative in Developing Distributor relationship as it is the major rapport building activity.

- Involved in SP activities implementation in the field.

- To be skilled in Knowledge Management - Product line

- Responsible for Manpower Allocation within the team of filed force.

- Involvement in developing Employee related activities
