Executive - Marketing - Building Material (2-5 yrs)
1. One person for channel marketing for entire Karnataka region with a minimum of 4 - 5 yrs experience.
2. Product line- bathroom fittings and plumbing accessories.
3. Target of 50 dealers by end of financial year 17-18 generating a business of 20 lakhs a month.
4. Annual target of 2 Cr
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. achieving the said targets by appointing new dealers.
2. Handling the dealers account independently.
3. Taking full responsibility right from generating enquiry to submitting the offer, collecting the purchase order and coordinating with the dispatch team, collecting the payment and post sales feedback.
4. Monthly minimum 15 days of up country travel and remaining within Bangalore.
Salary: CTC will include basic pay Per month + insurance + conveyance + mobile reimbursement + sales incentives.
Breakup of incentive: Sales incentive applicable only after achieving 50% of sales target.
51-60% of sales target an incentive of 0.5% of total sale value excluding local taxes
61-75% - 1% of total sale value excluding local taxes
75% - 100% - 1.25% on basic sale value
