Executive - Lead Generation - BPO (1-2 yrs)
Lead Generation Executive
Location : Magarpatta, Pune
Responsibilities:
1. Lead generation, inbound calling & outbound calling.
2. Determines requirements by working with customers.
3. Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
4. Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problems.
5. Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
6. Maintains call center database by entering information.
7. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

1. Education qualification : Minimum Graduation
2. Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
3. Should be able to handle inbound & outbound calls
4. Good in excel
5. Experience required : 1 to 2 years of experience into BPO
