JOB TITLE : Customer Solutions Representative ( Voice)
JOB LOC: Bengaluru
EXPERIENCE : 0 Months to 5 years
SALARY : 1.5LPA to 4LPA
INTERVIEW PROCESS - Screening, HR, Voice & Accent, and Operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Customer Support / Service experience will be required/any call center EXP will Do
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks (taking calls, responding to e-mails)
Excellent Communication skills.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Prior experience in sales, insurance, mortgage, hotel, and tourism and Airline industry process with good communication skills will be an added advantage.
QUALIFICATION : Graduates in any discipline or UG with EXP .
BE, B Tech, MBA and MCA graduates are not eligible without prior work experience of 1 yr in customer Support
Eligibility:
Age should be less than 30 years.
