Responsibilities:

Responsible for Renewal Strategy of SPSM for exixting Members.

Responsible for Strategic Retention.

Responsible for increasing the Membership Growth/Countrybased.

Responsible for Engaging them into Community.

Responsible for both Paid Membership & Free Membership.

Will be responsible for Value Creating & Packaging.

Will be responsible for Membership Communication.

Chapter/SIG Formation/MAG Volunteer Management/Engagement.

Performs Regional Mentor Program.

Candidate nust be open to international Travel.

Key Skills Needed(CTQ- s) { Must Have }

Association/membership experience mandatory (CII,FICCI etc)

Looking after the benefits like certifications, Newsletters, writing Blogs, Articles, Quaterly Magazine to members.
