easyrewardz - Manager - Client Servicing (4-6 yrs)
- Act as a central point of contact and communicate on a regular basis with Clients and internal program management team.
- Manage the Program P&L & provide strategic inputs to deliver ROI.
- Interact with Clients for monthly & weekly promotional offers & campaigns.
- Create & submit monthly performance reports of the Program's performance.
- Provide feedback to internal teams [Analytics, Campaigns, Client Ops, and Rewards] regarding Client's objectives from the Loyalty & Rewards Program.
- Identify up-sell & cross-sell opportunities to sell LPaaS ancillary tools.
- Marketing Calendars to be made for the client managed/Ensure that it is executed.
