Directi - Social Media Support Specialist (2-5 yrs)

The Social Media Support Specialist provides an effective customer service experience on social media channels along with monitoring these channels by utilizing strong writing and research skills.

What does the role entail :

- Assisting in pro-actively monitoring and analyzing all Social Media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, You Tube, etc.).

- Responding to a high volume of activity on social media sites with appropriate responses based on company policies.

- Performing outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and complaints.

- Effectively utilizing tools provided and analytical skill set to determine the next plan of action.

- Monitoring and tracking negative posts and responding appropriately.

- Assessing the customers concerns and providing the correct information to rectify the issue.

- Maintaining a sense of urgency and a poised attitude towards taking action on responses.

- Escalating urgent matters of concern to Supervisors, as needed.

What Functional Skills Do You Require-

- Basic understanding of internet website function and development

- Ability to learn and use Social Media monitoring software

- Basic knowledge of mobile devices and computer software, such as Word, Excel, Power Point

- Knowledge of the Digital payments is industry preferred

- Exceptional solid writing and research skills required

- In-depth knowledge of applying new media tools - including blogs, social networking sites, location-based services, etc. - as a marketing communications tool

- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, build and maintain relationships and work in team environment

- Strong sense of urgency and ability to respond quickly and timely required

- Detail oriented required

- Proficient with Mobile Apps in payments industry is preferred

Who Should Apply for This Role-

- Graduation (Any Stream)

- Experience with Digital payments industry preferred

- 2 years of customer service experience required

- Prior experience in Social Media service and interaction preferred

- The ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
