Roles & Responsibilities:
- Explain the customers - based on product offers / benefits
- Handling Inbound/Outbound Calls.
- Feedback - mails/phones ( communication channel)
- Handling customer complaints and follow-ups
- Should have experience in E Commerce industry.
- Daily calling and taking feedbacks from each and every customer to whom we sell our products through all the E-commerce channels.
- Good Communication & written skills
- Must be well versed with MS-Office
- Candidates from a background of voice process, E-commerce, tele sales, Customer or seller support are a good fit.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Require candidates with 2+ yrs experience in sourcing in ecommerce company or any kind of tele calling experience will help.
- Smart freshers can apply.
- Should have Good communication skills.
- Should be presentable.
- Must be good in English, Manageable with Hindi is an advantage.
