Deputy Manager - Sales & Distribution - FMCG (3-6 yrs)
- To operational all the points within a JC as per the design principles.
- To directly drive the customer acquisition & revenue business targets through Point Manager (Both for inbound & outbound).
- To appoint, develop and run the distribution operations in the catchment territory of each Point.
- To monitor & manage Care Executives - and Distribution Sales Executives - (DSE) productivity.
- To personally own performance of top 50 preferred outlets of the JC territory.
- Ensure top class customer experience at Points in close coordination with Device Care & Customer Care.
