Defacto - Business Development Executive - Bidder (1-2 yrs)
Job Description:
- 1+ year. Previous experience with bidding on sites like Elance, upwork would be an added advantage.
- The incumbent is responsible for bidding for .NET, SharePoint and CRM projects on online project bidding portals like Elance and O- Desk and generate new business for de facto.
Generating Leads Through Bidding:
- Searching for potential clients on the online job bidding sites
- Qualify the opportunity
- Generate satisfactory number of sale leads
- Bid for .NET, SharePoint and CRM projects based on standardize guidelines
Client Management:
- Maintain communication with the various leads and provide prompt response for any communiqu-
- Building the Brand:
- implement de facto's online marketing strategy
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain record of all bidding related activities and report the same to the respective Reporting Manager on a daily basis
Training and Development:
- Work towards developing own skills as specified by Reporting Manager
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing concepts, online marketing and social media
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft technologies i.e. .NET, SharePoint and Dynamics CRM
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
