Customer Support Executive - IT (0-2 yrs)
Hiring for Software Company located in Adyar. Chennai
JD
1. Calls to the Customers to understand their pain-points and their issues faced in product/software
2. Convincing customers to start using our product offerings (Invoice Import)
3. Online training to Customers to do invoice import
4. Coordinate with Field Managers & fix meeting with customers
5. Coordinate with internal business team for resolution of the issues faced by customers
6. Prepare daily report
Bilingual Candidates are preferred.
