Customer Service Associate - Global Business Services Provider (0-1 yrs)
We are hiring Customer Service Associates for one of our clients, which is a leading global business services provider. It has presence in 43 locations across 9 countries.
Responsibilities:
- Handling Inbound Customer calls (Domestic process).
- Answering inbound calls for non tech and semi tech processes.
- Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue amongst a busy, fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Fresher/ Experienced (0-1 yr)
- Graduates and under graduates (+2 Pass)
- 18-34 years of age
- Candidate should be fluently speaking in English, Hindi & Telugu.
Job Location: Hyderabad
Job Timings: Day shift
Salary: 1.26 lac per annum
